Description
Johnson Industries Thruster Disc Brake: featuring auto wear adjustment, stainless steel pins, self-lubricated bushings, zero overhung load, large pad area and footprint interchangeable with 19″ AISE shoe brakes. This sophisticated and progressive brake design allows for multiple contact points on the disc which yields a more balanced load which means consistent torque with upward and downward rotation and minimizes the propensity for shaft twisting/bending.
-Also available are sintered friction linings and silicone thruster oil for high temperature applications, and other thruster sizes available for more/less torque.
